These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of digital platforms, advisory materials, and communication consulting frameworks provided by PoliNexus Strategic Advisory Pvt. Ltd. (“PoliNexus”). By engaging with our services or accessing our proprietary research, you agree to be bound by these legal provisions.
1. Nature of Strategic Advisory Services
PoliNexus provides strategic brand consulting, public relations, election campaign management, digital intelligence, and crisis communication advisory. Our deliverables consist of strategic frameworks, media execution blueprints, and analytical assessments. While our campaigns consistently achieve transformative outcomes, PoliNexus does not guarantee specific external electoral outcomes or third-party market valuations, as such dynamics depend on multi-variable environmental factors beyond advisory control.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Frameworks
All proprietary analytical methodologies, AI sentiment models, brand architecture blueprints, and strategic frameworks developed by PoliNexus remain the exclusive intellectual property of the agency until full execution of a formal commercial transfer agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize customized campaign assets specifically commissioned under their respective retainers.
3. Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest Protocols
PoliNexus operates under strict ethical guidelines. When advising clients within high-stakes political or corporate sectors, the agency enforces strict internal "Chinese Wall" operational protocols to prevent cross-contamination of research or strategic insights between competing entities or candidates.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, PoliNexus Strategic Advisory Pvt. Ltd., its directors, partners, and external advisors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the execution or reliance upon strategic recommendations formulated during active consulting engagements.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to strategic consulting retainers shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and arbitration before the courts of New Delhi, India.
